Submission Agreement: By submitting your artwork through the Presson Gallery Artist Submission Form, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility: Submissions are open to all artists. Artists must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Artwork Ownership: Artists must own all rights, title, and interest in the submitted artworks. Submissions of works created by others will not be accepted.
Originality: All submitted artworks must be original and not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
Selection Process: Presson Gallery's curatorial team will review all submissions. The selection process is based on factors including but not limited to originality, craftsmanship, alignment with our gallery's vision, and available exhibition space.
Notification: Artists whose work is selected for display will be notified via email. Presson Gallery reserves the right to decline any submission without providing detailed feedback.
Exhibition Agreement: If your artwork is chosen for exhibition, you agree to work closely with Presson Gallery to coordinate the logistics, including delivery, installation, and any required documentation.
Publicity and Promotion: Artists agree to allow Presson Gallery to use images of the submitted artwork for promotional purposes, including but not limited to gallery websites, social media, and marketing materials. Proper credit will be given to the artist.
Sales Commission: If artwork is sold during the exhibition, Presson Gallery may charge a commission fee. Details of the commission structure will be discussed and agreed upon with selected artists on a case-by-case basis.
Copyright: Artists retain the copyright to their submitted artwork. Presson Gallery does not claim ownership of the copyright.
Indemnification: Artists agree to indemnify and hold Presson Gallery harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the submission or display of the artwork.
Data Privacy: All personal information provided by artists will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of the artist submission process.
Acceptance of Terms: Submission of the Artist Submission Form constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
